Had an AMAZING trip in Iceland! Mary was a fantastic guide who played great music and provided delicious snacks. The guest house on a working sheep farm served delicious meals. Then there was Iceland itself - just incredibly otherworldly.

My first Explorer Chick (EC) trip did not disappoint. Having been to Iceland before, hiking to far off sites allowed for new experiences. Our EC guide Mary did an exceptional job wrangling us, keeping everyone happy, engaged, and always had "snacks on the bus." Weather in Iceland is tricky this time of year, but it didn't stop the fun and excitement, Mary did alot of work behind the scenes, coordinating alternate plans as needed. The laughs, talks, and camaraderie with fellow chicks was a bonus! I will definitely check out other trips with EC!

You know you're having fun when your giggles can be heard above the roaring winter Icelandic winds! From the first meet and greet around a table to the farewell tears at the airport, this trip exceeded any and all expectations. Our Explorer Chick guide Mary and local guide Dagny expertly guided us through many of Iceland's wonders - from dipping into welcoming hot river on a mountain slope to traversing a magical ice cave. They kept us safe and also entertained 🙂

I have food restrictions (vegetarian and gluten free) that usually bring stress (and often times hunger!) on trips. After our first dinner when I realized that Mary had it all taken care of, I could relax and know that I would have excellent food available at every meal without me having to explain my needs. As anyone with restrictions knows, this is PRICELESS!

Just spent 4 days in Moab ringing in the New Year! What an incredible experience. The guides were amazing, knowledgeable, generous and fun. The group was great - felt comfortable right away and enjoyed our dynamic. This was my second EC adventure and both times were so well done. A true quality experience. I am a mom of two boys and in my forties, looking for an adventure to enjoy activities that I love on/in the water. I found my way to my first Explorer Chick trip to Belize with Christina Bruno and local guide Wilson. I had the time of my life! The organization by EC was very smooth! My flight in arrived a bit late but I found my guides patiently waiting. All the activities were high quality and safe. They were not all "easy" but pitched at the right level to feel a sense of accomplishment. For Belize, the highlights were the ATM caves, rappelling down a waterfall, and all the kayaking (even in a storm!) and snorkeling (day and night). Thank you so much Christina and Wilson for a wonderful time!! This is one unforgettable trip for me!
