Payment Plans

Your wanderlust doesn’t have to wait.

That’s why we offer convenient interest-free payment plans that make booking your dream trip easier than ever. With our hassle-free options, you can secure your spot with a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and spread out the remaining balance over time. The amounts and frequency are completely up to you as long as the final balance is paid by the designated due date.

The best part? Zero additional fees.

Payment Plan Options

Option 1: Schedule the Final Balance Payment while Booking
  1. As you are booking your trip…
  2. Below where you enter your credit card info, select “Schedule.”
  3. The system will automatically run the card on file for the final balance when it’s due.
Option 2: Custom, Manual Payments in your Account
  1. Log into your Explorer Chick account at any time. (Accessible from our Main Menu or in your Order Confirmation email).
  2. Click on My Activities > Pay remaining Balance > Make a payment
  3. You can pay in full OR pay a custom amount.
Option 3: Preschedule Custom Auto Payments via Email
  1. Email: Payments@explorerchick.com
  2. Include your:
    • -Order number
    • -Name
    • -Trip with date
    • -Amount of regular payments
    • -Frequency or dates of payments
  3. We’ll set up automatic payments per your schedule for the card on file.
  4. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to set up the schedule.

*Please note that all guests with unpaid balances will receive automatic email reminders leading up to the due date with a payment link.
